The Sages
Excerpt:
"At the creation of this world," Aglahr began, "four elements were poured into an empty void called a black hole; earth, fire, wind and water. With these elements, the void was filled and our planet was created. Out of those four, The Highest Power formed a spirit to care for the appointed element, knowing that mans' selfishness would soon attempt to find a way of 'claiming' them as their own. He called them 'Sages.' The Sage of land used her sturdy arms to mold together the lands of our planet. The Sage of fire used her scalding breath to form the sun and warm the planet. The wind Sage used her swiftness to create the atmosphere and deep space. Finally, the Sage of water made use of her gentle spirit to create weather and the guiding moon. Together, the four great Sages gave birth to the creatures of the light that walk the planet to this day. They have the power to create and control their elements, but only to a point where the Highest Power takes over so that He did not create any sort of creature claiming all power as their own. If one Sage were to lose the power that they do have or in this case die, there would be an imbalance in nature and dark ages would fall over Zirconya."
The Sages exist as mediators between the different beings of Zirconya. They are helpers, guides and visionaries.
Melanya - The Sage of Na'Ur - Melanya Pyra Arduun is the next Sage of Na'Ur. Like all Volcavian elves -- the elves represented by the element of fire -- she has a fiery attitude. She's quick with the comebacks and easily offended. Stubborn, yet clever. Spicy, yet realistic.
Her preferred weapon of choice is the sword, which she wields with graceful skill. Melanya is currently single, but picky and not exactly looking for a man at the moment unless she senses "he is the one."
Tall, dark and beautiful but watch out. You never know whether she will greet you kindly or coldly.
Melanya is known as Victoria Sutton or, "Vicky," in Earth. She is the one that snaps Chloe out of her daydreaming all the time. Vicky helps Chloe realize when she's gone too far with imagination or if she gets out of line in school. She's a great help and wonderful shoulder to cry on...
...if she's in the mood, of course.
Ilayna - The Sage of D'irdda - The earth Sage. Resides somewhere within Gaia Faults. Other information will not be given until the release of Zirconya II: Reunion of the Sages.
Nadelle - The Sage of Mae'Ehr - The wind Sage. Resides somewhere near Sanctuary. Other information will not be given until the release of Zirconya II: Reunion of the Sages.
Caelum - The Sage of Aluh'Nehn - Caelum is an old soul and deep thinker. She tends to go with the flow, dealing with things as they come. She finds it hard to trust people and is often stuck inside her own head. Extremely empathic, she must deal with her own out of control emotions and well as of those around her. Her heart has been on one boy for years though at first, she doesn't quite understand why. Her curiosity tends to place her in the most unlikely of situations and always causes trouble. Kind, caring, trustworthy, self-sacrificing, quiet, easy-going. Her element is water.
